How do SSTC automated systems perform reliably in sub-zero cold chain environments?

Every component deployed in SSTC cold chain facilities is engineered for extreme environments down to -25°C. We utilize specialized low-temperature alloy steel manufactured through automated punching and robotic welding to prevent cold brittleness. Additionally, our shuttles are equipped with anti-condensation sensors, specialized low-temperature lubricants, and thermal-insulated onboard electronics to guarantee continuous, frost-free automated operations.

Which system is more energy-efficient for cold storage: Shuttle Carrier Storage or Four-Way Shuttles?

For bulk frozen goods requiring deep-lane storage, our Shuttle Carrier (Mother-Baby) system is highly cost-effective, maximizing volumetric density and slashing cooling energy costs by up to 35% to 50% by eliminating unnecessary aisles. For multi-SKU, batch-controlled frozen items requiring agile, multi-directional cross-aisle picking and rapid sorting, the Four-Way Shuttle system is the optimal choice.

Does your cold chain software support strict shelf-life and compliance tracking?

Yes. The SSTC intelligent WMS/WCS software features built-in advanced algorithms designed for perishable logistics. It provides 100% real-time tracking of production batches and arrival dates, automatically enforcing strict First-Expiry, First-Out (FEFO) or First-In, First-Out (FIFO) retrieval protocols to eliminate product expiration waste and ensure regulatory compliance.
